Itinerary
Upon arrival at Chinggis Khaan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional team and transferred to your hotel in Ulaanbaatar. After check-in, enjoy welcome cocktails as an opportunity to relax and begin the journey in a comfortable atmosphere. In the evening, we will gather for a welcome dinner, offering the first taste of Mongolian hospitality.

Today is dedicated to your corporate program. Meeting arrangements will be organized according to your requirements, providing a comfortable setting for business meetings, discussions, and corporate activities. In the evening, the program continues with a themed Gala Dinner at one of Ulaanbaatar’s finest venues. The evening provides an opportunity to enjoy a memorable corporate gathering in an elegant setting.

After an early breakfast at the hotel, we begin our cultural exploration with a visit to Gandan Monastery, the heart of Mongolia’s Yellow Hat Buddhist tradition. Here, we will experience an important part of Mongolia’s Buddhist heritage and see the impressive 24-meter, gold-plated statue of Megjid Janraiseg. We then continue to the National History Museum, where colorful exhibits, historical findings, traditional handicrafts, and traditional clothing provide insight into Mongolia’s rich history and cultural heritage. In the afternoon, we leave the city and drive to Gorkhi Terelj National Park, located in the Khentii Mountain range. The park is a popular getaway destination, known for its enormous granite rock formations, including the famous “Crawling Turtle Rock,” as well as alpine forests and flower-filled scenery. The natural surroundings also offer wonderful opportunities for horse riding and hiking before we settle in for the evening.

Today we explore the valley and visit the Aryabala Meditation Center before continuing to a traditional Mongolian nomadic family. We will enjoy a Mongolian stone BBQ lunch followed by a mini Naadam featuring traditional Mongolian wrestling, horse racing, and archery. The experience combines cultural discovery with interactive team-building activities. During the visit to the nomadic family, participants can take part in activities such as cow milking and buuz, or traditional steamed dumpling, making. At the camp, further team-building activities include Ger building and flower discovery. After completing the day’s activities, we drive back to Ulaanbaatar and check in to the Shangri-La Hotel.
