Gobiin Naran Lodge
Juulchin World Tours is unveiling Gobiin Naran Lodge in Hanhongor soum of the South Gobi of Mongolia. We are proud of open hotel standard lodge in the South Gobi region and are looking forward to receive many guests from all over the world. The camp has fully equipped sanitary facilities in conformity with the tourist service standard such as hot and cold showers, laundry and comfortable toilets. It is located in distance of 53 kms from Bayanzag, 50 kms from Eagle Valley and 43 kms from beautiful sand dunes in its area.
The camp is now ready to host guests on a high quality service of foods and accommodations where the tourists are placed during their stay at our camp. The camp has a restaurant with capacity of 60 seats and highly qualified professional cooks service with European and Mongolian foods. Meal is prepared by new, fresh food and vegetables, which are supplied from agricultural center-Bulgan soum of Gobi region.
The camp has 24 gers (5 double and 19 twin) The camp will give you the opportunities to enjoy meeting other guests and playing anklebone game and archery or sharing travelers' tales and stories. You could visit nomad herders' family near the camp and enjoy camel trekking and also experience the daily life of desert nomads. Therefore, if you wish you can stay at herder's home to feel desert nomad's real life.
Our Story
As part of our expansion strategy, we acquired what formally known as Bulls of Chinggis camp and turned it into something that enables us to showcase true nomadic hospitality. Consequently, the lodge main feature includes 9 bulls in middle of overall camp.
Gobi Naran Lodge was founded by the very people who played an instrumental role in developing travel industry since 1950’s. After years of experience in the industry, we set up to create an authentic Mongolian experience without losing the comfort of Modern living with sustainability in mind. The years of experience afforded us with the understanding on the essence of authentic travel and true nomadic hospitality while respecting our way of life. Our facilities and the furniture are tastefully designed to incorporate Mongolia’s traditional ambience, in an effort to educate our esteemed guest with our history.
In the process of running lodge, we made “bettering the environment that we conduct our operation” our mission. Our staff is entirely recruited locally as part of contribution to local community. We intentionally work closely with local families to showcase our beautiful culture and heritage.

Outdoor patio – You will able to appreciate the view from our patio while enjoy drinks and meals suitable for all types of weather. For the chillier weather, comforter can be provided to make your stay even more comfortable.
Hoyor Zagal Lodge is fitted with a three-round shaped ger restaurants, serving traditional Mongolian and western cuisine suitable for everyone. You will also be able to enjoy your cold or warm drinks on our outdoor patio for the guests to enjoy.
Three Beauties of the Gobi ///mulberries.boss.apprehends is the name for this park. The name is derived from three mountain ranges, the East, Middle and West Beauty. This park was established in 1993 and extended its current territory in 2000. The park has 27,000 sq.km, is the largest park in Mongolia. The park lies on the northern edge of the Gobi desert and located on the Umnugobi Province and 650 km from Ulaanbaatar city and 45 km from Dalanzadgad City, capital of Umnugobi province. The main attractions of the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park has various types of natural beauties and attractions including Yol Valley, Bayanzag Flamming Cliffs and Khongor Sand Dunes.
Yol Valley (Eagle Valley) ///panics.flourishing.negotiable – is located in the eastern part of Gurvan Saikhan Mountain and surrounded by sheer rock walls rising over 2600m above sea level. Yol Valley is originally established to conserve the birdlife in the region but famous for its dramatic scenery. The picturesque valley is an amazing natural creation where it has meters thick ice almost year around. There is great hiking opportunity from the parking areas to the glacier following the stream. In winter time glacier is up to 10m high and remains frozen for all year around. You might see wild ibex or argali sheep up in the mountain if you hike early in the morning
Khongor Sand Dunes (Khongoryn Els) ///replanted.migrated.viewer – Khongor Sand Dunes (Khongoryn Els) is a largest and most beautiful sand dune in Mongolia, which reaches a height of 800 meter, 12 km wide and 100 km long. The Sand dune lies at the northwest corner of the Gurvan Saikhan Mountain range. It is located 180km from the Dalanzadgad city, provincial capital. The sound of masses of wind-blown sand can be heard from the long distance. This sound is so melodic and 200m high sand dunes called as “Singing Dunes”. There is an oasis called Khongor river with stunning greenery in the summer.
It is a great place to ride two humped Bactrian camel named by locals “Prince of Gobi” and see camel breeder’s everyday life. This dramatic scenery features many colors of nature as white sand dune, the light green grass, red-blue mountains and the eternal blue sky.
Bayanzag ///accuracy.accelerator.rejection Bayanzag is also known as the “Cemetery of Dinosaurs” and known as Flaming Cliffs to the world. This is a picturesque sexual forest that is world famous for dinosaur remain ancient red rock creation, Bayanzag formed 60-70 million years ago, named Flaming Cliffs by Roy Andrew Chapman, an American explorer who visited Mongolia in 1920s. This area is like real Jurassic Park, and classic desert of rock, red sands, shrub and wide open emptiness.
