Juulchin World Tours supports scientific excursions in the Gobi region to help further the field of Mongolian paleontology. We work closely with the scientific community to promote and showcase their work with our guests and like-minded individuals.  In June 2018, Juulchin World Tours & The Explorers Club Hong Chapter together with their colleagues at Mongolia's Institute of Paleontology and Geology led a multidisciplinary team of scientists and adventurers over 1200 miles across the forbidding Gobi Desert to revisit and expand upon the original Roy Chapman Andrews expeditions of the 1920’s that produced the world’s first fossilized dinosaur eggs. The Hong Kong Chapter’s “collaboration over conquest” approach to exploration, and their groundbreaking use of NASA imaging and mapping technology to advance the field of paleontology, yielded historic results that would have been unimaginable in Andrews' day.  Also in 2019, we proudly co-sponsored The fourth International Symposium on Asian Dinosaurs in Mongolia. At the symposium, around 80 researchers from 12 countries presented their recent findings about not only dinosaur paleontology, but also about plants and reptiles dating back to millions of years ago.
Juulchin World tours has established ‘Mazaalai Foundation’ with the aim to supporting the conservation efforts of the biologist to protect a few remaining critically endangered bear in the Gobi. Juulchin World tours supports local “Shineleg” Child Care Centre, located in the outskirt of Ulaanbaatar. This impoverished neighborhood is predominantly home to migrants from countryside and families with extreme poor living conditions. The Centre aims accommodates children from poor, very poor and single parent families or orphan children 5 days a week. A family with many children is also referred here. The center provides warm environment where children can feel at home, play around, eat and study. Outside of elementary education provided by public schools, the children learn from their mum-teachers how to conduct basic and practical things in life. In collaboration of mom-teacher, they learn to prepare meals, to wash their own clothes on their own and live like a one family. By doing these basic things on their own, kids become more independent and creative. We help the center to insulate their facilities to protect the kids from cold during winter period and regularly provide necessary supplies to keep center going. In addition, we encourage our guests to contribute to this great cause whenever it is appropriate.
