Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Payments
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
3. Cancellations by the Traveler
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility may vary depending on timing and third-party supplier policies (e.g., hotels, airlines, local operators). Administrative fees may apply.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Requests to modify confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Cancellations by the Company
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participation. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.
6. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events.
7. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required documentation.
8. Liability
- We act as an intermediary for third-party service providers and are not liable for acts, omissions, or delays caused by these providers.
