Juulchin World Tours has taken an active role in addressing the tourism industry’s human resource shortage by establishing a hospitality training school. Originally launched as a “Tourism Skills Center” in 2012, it became Mongolia’s first Vocational Training and Production Center (VTPC) for tourism and hospitality professionals in 2015.
The school aims to provide internationally recognized professional education and improve service quality through practice-based training supported by its own internship base. Programs combine classroom learning with hands-on production training in fields such as Hotel and Camp Service, Hotel Room Attendant, Waiter-Bartender, Chef, and Tour Guide.
